Spa 6 Etiquette
For spa days, please arrive no later than 9.00am. We understand that you may be delayed, and we will do our best to accommodate your treatment. However, late arrival may compromise the length and effectiveness of your treatment.Arrival Time
For treatments please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. Please shower prior to your treatment.Attire
A robe and slippers are provided and you will also be given disposable underwear for all body treatments. Please bring swimwear if you intend to use the pool and heat areas or gym gear if you wish to use the state-of-the-art Technogym equipment.Booking
We advise that you book your spa treatments as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Credit card details are required for all bookings. Payment will be taken on the day of the treatment and in full when booking a day spa package. To make a booking, either drop in to the spa or call our spa reception on 0845 500 666.
Cancellations
You must give us at least 48 hours notice of cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the full treatment fee being charged to your card.Conference bookings
We welcome conference groups into the spa and can discuss your requirements and tailor-make a package suitable for you. Please contact the Spa Manager for further details.
Children
Are not permitted in the spa treatment area or gymnasium, however may use the spa pool at restricted times.
Children's swimming times are as follows:
Monday - Friday; 8am - 10am & 4pm - 6pm
Saturday and Sunday; 8.00am - 12noon & 2pm - 6pm
We respectfully ask that guests with children can adhere to these times. Children under the age of 16 need adult supervision at all times in the pool. Unfortunately we cannot allow children less than 2 years old to use the facilities due to the increased risks associated with the hydrotherapy elements of the pool.
Children are not permitted to use the sauna and steam rooms.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for all our spa days and individual treatments, and can be purchased either in person at the spa, by calling reception or via mail order. These vouchers can be beautifully gift wrapped in a presentation box on request.
